How Lifelink referrals work
To access funded residential or respite services at Henderson Home, a formal referral from Lifelinks is required. Lifelinks is the Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) agency for the Canterbury region. They help determine eligibility and ensure the level of support matches your specific needs.
Contact Lifelinks: If you don't already have a Needs Assessment, contact Lifelinks directly or speak to your GP/Social Worker.
The Assessment: A coordinator will meet with you to assess support requirements.
Referral to Henderson Home: Once assessed, you can request that Henderson Home be your preferred provider.
The Viewing: We encourage you to visit us during or after this process to ensure we are the right fit for your family.
